Can I pay immediately instead of starting a trial?
Yes. Use the “Pay immediately” option above the plans — your card is charged today and your subscription begins instantly with no trial period.
How does the free trial work?
Your card is collected upfront but not charged during the 3-day trial. Cancel anytime before the trial ends and you pay nothing. The trial is one-per-customer — if you’ve used it before, the “Pay immediately” option will be selected automatically.
Does a Cloud subscription include Lven Instant or earslate?
No. Each product is sold separately. A Lven Cloud subscription covers Lven Cloud only. To get Lven Instant (on-device), subscribe at /releases/lven/pricing. earslate has its own subscription on the earslate product page.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, within Lven Cloud. Upgrade or downgrade between Cloud tiers at any time — remaining balance is prorated. To move from Cloud to Instant, you cancel the Cloud subscription and start a new Instant one.
Does one Cloud subscription cover all my devices?
Yes. One Lven Cloud subscription works across Android, Linux, Windows, macOS, and iPhone simultaneously. No per-device fee. Only the Cloud apps — Instant and earslate aren’t included.
Who processes my payment?
Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle issues your receipt, handles tax, and any refund request goes to them. Your contract for the product itself is with ClassEve Private Limited.
