Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by ClassEve Private Limited through the classeve.com website and associated software applications. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.
Description of services
ClassEve provides AI-powered software applications available on multiple platforms. Access to the services requires a valid subscription or an active trial period.
Account registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately at security@classeve.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
Subscription and billing
Our services are offered on a subscription basis. Pricing, plan details, and trial terms are published on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
All subscription fees are charged in advance for the applicable billing period. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
Payment is processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. This means Paddle is the seller of record on your credit-card or bank statement and issues your receipt. Paddle collects applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) and remits them to the relevant authorities. Refund requests are processed by Paddle; ClassEve will coordinate with Paddle on your behalf when you contact billing@classeve.com.
Free trial
New users who start a subscription via Paddle checkout receive a 3-day free trial. During the trial you have access to the full service without charge. The trial duration may change in the future; the current value will always appear on the pricing page.
Trials are issued only via Paddle checkout — Paddle collects payment method information and converts to a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand. You will receive an email reminder before the trial ends.
Each customer is eligible for one trial. The eligibility check is keyed off the canonical form of your email address (e.g., dots and +aliases on common providers are treated as the same address). Attempting to circumvent the limit by creating multiple accounts may result in suspension.
Cancellation policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@classeve.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Upon cancellation, you retain access to the service for the remainder of the paid period. After that period ends, your access will be suspended.
No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
Refund policy
EU and UK customers have a statutory cooling-off right of 14 days from the first paid charge. Customers in other jurisdictions are also offered a goodwill refund window of 14 days from the first paid charge — request one by contacting billing@classeve.com or the merchant Paddle directly.
Refund requests after the 14-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We will refund proven service-affecting outages even outside the window.
Refunds for renewal charges are not provided if the cancellation was not submitted before the renewal date.
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record) to the original payment method, typically within 7 to 10 business days.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the services for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the operation of the platform, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, or to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

All content, software, design, and trademarks associated with ClassEve and its services are the property of ClassEve Private Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Content you create or input through the services remains yours. We claim no ownership over your data.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClassEve Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Barnala, Punjab, India.
